It is a miracle food that has existed for centuries and a great addition to any plan fat burning food.

Unfortunately, some people have a real hard time believing that coconut oil is not ‘fattening’ or ‘dangerous’. We all have belief that fat, especially saturated fat, is the cause of our weight gain and health problems. This is true only half true. Some oil and fat such as hydrogenated vegetable oils can not provide contribute to cardiovascular disease and weight gain, but good fat such as coconut oil, butter and olive oil is really important to our body fat. Think about some people healthy in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Heart disease is almost unheard of then.

Let some of the myths about coconut oil now resting.
Myth # 1 – Coconut Oil contains too fat is fattening.
Truth – Not all fat makes you fat (I want it tattooed on my forehead to get). The precise cause fat gain weight, but the other really good fat to burn unwanted body fat and speed up your metabolism.

Myth # 2 – Coconut Oil contains almost all saturated fat so it must be bad for you.
Truth – saturated fat is not the cause of heart disease, weight gain and high cholesterol. Saturated fat was wrongly accused and sugar is enemy Number uno (This is worse than the Joker in Bat Man).
(For more information about how healthy fat and the history of dietary fat, butter read: Good Fat or Bad Fat?)

Myth # 3 – Coconut Oil should avoid the risk for heart disease
Facts – The fat in coconut oil is one of the healthiest oils you can consume (yes, even for people with cardiovascular disease). It is rich in lauric acid, known for its antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties and contains no trans fat. The saturated fat in coconut oil is different than many other oil of medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) race. The body digests fat MCFAs easier and sends it directly to the liver where they are immediately converted into energy. Now is not that great? The fat that is used to produce energy instead of hiding in our bodies. We can all do some of those.

I highly recommend all use unrefined, organic coconut oil for their cooking needs. 1 to 2 tsp for the majority of cooking is more than enough. I usually total about 2-3 tablespoons per day is a perfect value for a fat burning diet plan. Although it really good for you, no need to go to sea.
